Every day on the pontoon

A new fishing spot every day, with an expert at their side.

Each day campers head out on our large pontoon boat to a different great fishing spot. Our expert guide shows them where the fish are and why, and helps every camper hook, fight and land their catch.

Lifeguard on board

A certified lifeguard is on the boat at all times.

Different spot daily

New water, new fish, new lessons each outing.

Expert guide

An experienced fishing guide leads every outing.

Only 8 per week

Room on the boat and real one-on-one coaching.

In the workshop

Skills they’ll keep for life.

Back at our own dedicated room at the hotel, campers learn the craft behind the catch, from tying flies to fixing their own gear.

Fly tying

Tie their own flies with feathers, thread and hooks, then try them out on the water.

Knots

Learn and practise the essential fishing knots until they can tie them without looking.

Rod repair

Fix a broken guide or tip, re-spool a reel and look after their own gear like a pro.

Casting technique

Accurate, confident casting with spinning and fly gear, coached one-on-one.

Reading the water

Where fish hide, how weather changes things, and choosing the right bait or lure.

Handling & release

Safe hook removal, gentle handling and catch-and-release that respects the lake.
