Wilderness Adventure Camp – What to Bring & Key Information
We’re excited to welcome your child to Wilderness Adventure Camp at Camp Fortune! Please read through the following details to ensure a smooth and enjoyable week.
Camp Location:
Camp Fortune – 300 Dunlop Rd., Chelsea, Quebec
Pre-care: 8:00 – 9:00 AM
Post-care: 4:00 – 5:00 PM
Drop-off/Pick-up Location:
Alexander Lodge (blue building on the right side after the First Aid building)
Drive straight up Dunlop Road (do not turn left toward the main chalet)
Campers must remain at Alexander Lodge; no exploring due to active construction
At 9:00-9:10 AM, staff and campers will walk to camp headquarters at Maple Lodge and then head to the Aerial Park
**IMPORTANT** BAD WEATHER INFO: Morning Drop-Off if it’s raining or thundering
Afternoon Pickup if the weather conditions are poor at the end of the camp day
We’d like to share an important reminder about our pickup and drop-off procedures during rainy or stormy weather at Camp Fortune.
If it is raining or there is thunder in the area during morning drop-off or afternoon pickup, we will be inside the Main Lodge at Camp Fortune instead of our usual outdoor location.
Please proceed to the seating area right beside the Customer Service desk, where our camp staff will be ready to sign your child in or out safely and efficiently.
